Here were some photos from a while back I got while I went on a little siren hunt in Northeastern Illinois. I checked out some of Lombard, and one of Mount Prospect’s Quadrens. I used a Samsung HMX-Q10 camcorder for photos. The quality isn’t too great, but I’ll take it.
Federal Signal Thunderbolt 1003 in Bloomington, Minnesota. I revisited this because the last time I went, it was cloudy and my photos were kinda grainy. So here they are! The siren is inactive, and it’s been replaced by a 2001-130 a block away.
My friend (YT is Minnesnowta Tornado Sirens) told me it replaced either an Allertor or PN-20/RM-130. I don't know why it's there, but i'm willing to talk about it and/or more sirens in the area!
