Looks like that weird thing that used to be in Colerain (or however you spell it), OH. However, if I had to guess, I'd say it's a smaller siren like a model A that was modified to have a bigger horn. That, or it's not a siren at all. The fact that the road it's on is called Deception Road isn't helping.

Also, for some reason, the streetview driver decided to go into the parking lot behind it. No idea why, but it gives us a nice view of the back of whatever this is.

Well that view rules out any Colerain type siren because the one Werden took pics of has a sort of prolonged motor chamber thing. It looks like some sort of speaker. It seems it's holding onto the wall by just wires.

Wait there were pictures of the Colerain siren? Does anyone still have them?

What is the low tone siren that can be heard the most clearly? You can hear a Mod/DSA/EOWS in the background. The siren heard most clearly sounds dual tone.

You have absolutely no idea what you're talking about.

It's a failing controller. Those old SiraTones have capacitors as part of the electronics that control the pitching. If they go bad (or potentially the potentiometer that controls pitch) then you end up with units like this.

Speaker voltage/wattage/any electrical rating have absolutely nothing to do with the audio fed to them
