There's sirens missing from the map, but, at least someone else is working on this:

I'm sorry for the bump, but I wanted to tell you that I have found the best San Jose siren map to ever exist. https://www.google.com/maps/d/viewer?mi ... 0%2C0&z=12

Fire stations 6 & 9 had no sirens at them.

How are you so sure? I'm not trying to be offensive or anything, but you kind of lost your San Jose siren map years ago. We have suspicion there may be a siren located at those stations due to some mysterious control boxes laying around.

I do remember from that list that no sirens were at Fire Station 6 & 9. There are/were some Model 5s nearby.

These 3 were Model 5's, and they are long gone: 1st St & Williams, 1st St & Saint John, 1st St & Keyes.

Then, these were new Model 5's in 1960:

Nice Mike. I’m using an alternate account of Train since I found this more convenient, anyways getting to the point. Very cool to see you found many locations we probably didn’t I and other editors didn’ put down yet at all. Might as well do the Santa Clara County map since it adds to the sirens from other cities anyways. Seems like the Model 5 at Fire Station #2 looks like one of the older mounts. Very weird mounting, control box at the top. These types of mounts are all removed at their locations sadl (well I think so).
Editor of the San Jose Siren Map and the creator of the Santa Clara County Civil Defense Siren map. I wonder what happened to the 45 other county sirens that caused the numbers from 150 to 105?
