I contacted the city of Grand Island and now waiting for a response. I'll check back when I have a response.

I'm quoting my own thing, but Grand Island said that they only have one siren at the airport. In other words, they didn't even know they had a Fedelcode lol

The city/county doesn't own the Fedelcode, so I'm not surprised they don't know about it. The 2001-130 on the other hand is county-owned, unlike the Fedelcode which is owned by the airport.
