I try to open the map but all I see is just a blank white screen with no text. Im assuming it didnt load but I keep refreshing it but nothing happened. I tried clearing my browsing data since that fixed youtube one time. But still no it didnt..

you might need to wait for it to load longer. The map creator is using picture Icons which are notoriously slow to load, especially with a lot in one map. It worked for me but took about half a minute.
